Job Summary

Homework Furniture is hiring a Despatch Manager to handle the day-to-day logistics and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in logistics and be capable of managing deliveries efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the dispatch of furniture products from warehouse to customer locations.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure proper documentation for all dispatched goods, including invoices and delivery notes.
• Monitor loading/unloading processes and ensure proper packaging and handling.
• Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and provide updates to relevant teams.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate closely with the warehouse team.
• Supervise delivery staff and vehicle scheduling.
• Continuously improve dispatch processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain operations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of transportation and delivery operations.
• Proficient in using inventory or dispatch management systems.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,313.85 per month
