Desktop Technician

Job summary

We are looking for a Desktop Technician who is passionate about computer hardware and eager to learn practical skills in system repair, software installation, and technical support. This role is ideal for freshers who want to start a career in the IT hardware ans service field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnosing and repairing desktops, laptops, and CPUs.
• Perform system assembling, formatting, and OS/software installation.
• Support senior technicians in troubleshooting hardware issues.
• Maintain daily service reports and manage inventory of parts.
• Ensure all systems are tested and quality-checked before deliver.
• Provide basic customer support regarding system performance issues.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or ITI with interest in Hardware.
• Hardware knowledge preferred (training will be provided)
• Basic knowledge of Computer components and operating systems.
• Good communication and learning attitude.

Work Condition

• Location: Perinthalmanna, Kerala
• Working hours: 09:30 to 07:30, Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
