You’ll Thrive In This Role If You

• Have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience
• Possess prior experience in servers, storage & backup, and handling technical support calls
• Know how to install OS, basic software, and printers
• Have troubleshooting and monitoring know-how
• Are able to communicate through emails and calls
• Have knowledge on Networking (Switches , Routers, Load Balancer) and Security (Antivirus, Firewall)
• Strong desktop management and knowledge
• Can debug issues and communicate assistance
• Take pride in taking ownership and driving projects to business impact
