The role involves IT asset management, laptop allocation, and end-user support to ensure timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
Manage IT assets and perform laptop allocations.
Troubleshoot Outlook/email and basic connectivity issues.
Log and track issues using a ticketing tool.
Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support.
Communicate effectively with end-users.
Requirements:
Associate/bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
Minimum 1 year of IT support experience.
Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, network).
Experience with IT asset management and Outlook support.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
