Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer with 6–8 years of experience who has strong technical expertise in IT hardware, software, and networking. The candidate should also be capable of managing a support team and ensuring smooth IT operations. Key Responsibilities: Team management and leadership skills are a must. Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT assets. Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and networking issues. Manage a team of support engineers and assign tasks efficiently. Ensure timely resolution of tickets and maintain SLAs. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for escalations. Maintain IT inventory and documentation. Required Skills & Experience: 6–8 years of proven experience in desktop support/IT support. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking (LAN/WAN, IP, DNS, DHCP). Experience in handling Active Directory, Outlook, and antivirus solutions. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
