Desktop Support Engineer

Load / Reloading standard build operating system & configurations (Windows XP, Win 7, Win 8.0, Win 8.1, Win 10.) & patches installation.  Providing permanent fix to Desktop, Laptop, Printer problems and LAN issues.  Installation & Troubleshooting MS Office.  All the Desktop (Including standalone PCs) shall be updated with the Latest Antivirus pattern. Raise timely alert and take immediate action to mitigate any virus outbreak.  Troubleshoot and resolve incidents (Hardware and Software) related to desktop/laptop and associated peripherals.  Configuring Outlook Client, Lotus notes.  Installing & Configuring attending day-to-day IT related problems faced by nearly approx.1500 laptop/desktop users.  Installation & Configuration of Microsoft application & different application software products like (VPN, MS office 2007/2010/2013/2016, SAP, Adobe, Mozilla, Internet explorer, Adobe Acrobat, LYNC, Skype etc.)  Workstation Qualification checklist for System Validation.  Mail clients like, Microsoft Outlook-2010 & 2013(both exchange server & POP3 mode), webmail/Outlook web access (OWA)  Troubleshooting of MS outlook 2007, 2010, 2013 & 2021.  Mail and Wi-Fi configuration on Apple & Android device.  Wi-Fi configuration and troubleshoot for every type of laptop and network  Installing, configuration, sharing & troubleshoot of printer (Local Printer & Network Printer)  Proxy update and troubleshooting Internet & Internet related issues  Joining System in Domain.  Good Knowledge of system Patchs.  Good Knowledge of Gmail, E-mail, Outlook, Web mail.  Good Configure Remote Access Technology, VNC, Team- Viewer, Any desk, Ticketing-Tool.  Basic knowledge of ADS, DNS, MAC.  Good Knowledge of software’s like Data Backup Software, Anti-Virus, VPN’s.
