Note: Male Candidates only. Looking for Immediate Joiners Only. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows 7, Windows 10, and Microsoft Office (2007 to 2022 & O365) along with other authorized desktop applications. Perform installation and maintenance of desktops and laptops in both workgroup and domain models. Implement, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot hardware devices and drivers. Conduct general preventative maintenance on computers, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripheral equipment. Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards. Install and troubleshoot client applications. Manage IT asset stock and maintain IT inventory records. Install and configure Outlook, and troubleshoot related mail issues. Install antivirus software and resolve virus-related problems. Troubleshoot general networking issues. Handle remote desktop connections using tools like VNC, Any Desk, Ammyy Admin, TeamViewer, etc. Install and configure Active Directory tools and perform related tasks. Replace faulty hardware components such as motherboards, SMPS, RAM, HDD, CD-ROMs, etc. Provide L1 support, remote support, and coordinate with users to resolve technical issues.
