Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with hands-on experience to provide technical support to our internal users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktop systems, hardware, software, and peripherals. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level support for desktop, laptop, and printer-related issues Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking problems Install and configure operating systems, software, and updates Manage user accounts and access (email, domain, applications) Assist in system backups, antivirus updates, and patch management Document and track support issues via ticketing system Coordinate with vendors and senior engineers for escalated issues Support remote users through remote desktop tools Skills Required: Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques Basic understanding of Active Directory, Outlook, and antivirus tools Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple issues Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field Certification like CompTIA A+, MCP, or equivalent is a plus Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Shift: Day shift Education: Diploma (Required) Experience: Desktop support: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
