Job Description

Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Role Overview:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals, ensuring smooth IT operations and quick resolution of end-user issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and software.
  • Manage user accounts, email setup, and network connectivity.
  • Diagnose hardware and OS-related issues (Windows 10/11).
  • Perform system updates, antivirus checks, and backups.
  • Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for escalation and resolution.
  • Maintain documentation and daily support logs.

Technical Skills:

  • Windows OS troubleshooting & installation.
  • Networking basics (LAN, IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Printer and peripheral configuration.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory & Outlook support.

Qualification:

  • Diploma / Graduate in IT or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in IT support preferred.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
