- Provide desktop and network support

- Install and troubleshoot hardware/software

- Respond to tickets and resolve issues

- Maintain system documentation

### Requirements

- 1–3 years experience in IT support

- Knowledge of Windows OS, networking basics

- Good communication skills

- Willing to travel locally (if needed)
