Job Description

  • Provide first- and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (Windows, Microsoft Office, email, internet, etc.).
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and updates.
  • Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords in Active Directory.
  • Assist in the setup of new users and relocation of IT equipment.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, patch management, and antivirus updates.
  • Provide support for remote users via tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or remote desktop.
  • Log support calls and document solutions in the IT service management system (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Coordinate with network/system teams for escalated issues.
  • Maintain IT inventory records (laptops, desktops, software licenses).
  • Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and procedures.
