Job Description

As a Desktop IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to Windows client and server administration, database management, network support, and hardware troubleshooting. Your key responsibilities will include: - Windows Client Administration for Windows 10/11 - Windows Server Administration for Version 2019/2022 - Managing MS SQL, MY SQL, and Oracle Databases - Managing firewall configurations - Windows Active Directory user management - DNS and DHCP management - Implementing and enforcing Group Policies - Data backup and Network monitoring - Troubleshooting hardware issues - Installing and configuring various software applications - Monitoring, managing, and updating antivirus software - Knowledge of managed switches - Managing different types of routers - Configuring Wireless routers - Providing Network L1 Support In addition to the technical responsibilities, the company offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
