Job Description

As a Desktop IT Support Engineer, your role will involve managing various IT systems and networks to ensure smooth operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Windows Client Administration for Windows 10/11 - Windows Server Administration for Version 2019/2022 - Managing MS SQL, MY SQL, and Oracle Databases. - Managing firewall configurations. - Windows Active Directory user management. - Handling DNS and DHCP services. - Implementing Group Policy settings. - Performing data backup and network monitoring tasks. - Troubleshooting hardware-related issues. - Installing and configuring software applications. - Monitoring, managing, and updating antivirus software. - Knowledge of managed switches and their configurations. - Managing different types of routers. - Configuring wireless routers. - Providing Network L1 support.
