Job Description

As a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role, you will utilize your expertise in Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments and office automation products to address user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking. Your responsibilities will include walking customers through application installations, troubleshooting network issues, and providing remote support. To excel in this role, you must possess hands-on experience with network security practices, anti-virus programs, and be proficient in SCCM, Active Directory, and Networking protocols. Your ability to perform remote troubleshooting, customize desktop applications, and guide users with clear instructions will be essential. Furthermore, your customer-oriented attitude, problem-solving skills, and multitasking abilities will be key as you troubleshoot and deploy Patch management, endpoint antivirus, and conduct remote troubleshooting. Recording technical issues, escalating unresolved problems, and following up with clients to ensure system functionality are also crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Your role will involve creating technical documentation, reporting customer feedback, and collaborating with the team to enhance product offerings.
