Job Description:

Titan, a leading jewellery brand, is seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our New Product Development team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. As a Designer at Titan, you will be responsible for designing and developing new jewellery collections that align with our brand's vision and aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the New Product Development team to conceptualize and design new jewellery collections
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure our designs are innovative and appealing to our target audience
• Create detailed sketches and technical drawings of jewellery designs
• Work closely with the production team to ensure that designs are feasible for manufacturing
• Participate in product development meetings and provide input on design concepts and ideas
• Develop prototypes and make necessary adjustments to designs based on feedback
• Ensure that all designs meet quality standards and are in line with the brand's image and values
• Keep track of project timelines and meet deadlines for design submissions
• Stay updated on new design techniques and technologies to continuously improve our design processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Jewellery Design or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in jewellery design, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and CAD
• Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes and materials
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Passion for jewellery and a keen eye for detail
