Part-Time Contract Designer (Approx. 15 Hours/Week)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and reliable Designer to join our team on a part-time contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, is receptive to feedback, and consistently produces high-quality work. The designer will support a variety of projects across digital and print media, working closely with internal stakeholders to translate ideas into effective, visually compelling assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality design assets across digital and/or print formats (e.g., social media graphics, presentations, marketing materials, branding elements, web assets).
• Work closely with cross-functional partners to understand project goals and deliver thoughtful design solutions.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and maintain an open, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Uphold brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Manage tasks and time efficiently to meet deadlines within a flexible 15-hour weekly commitment.
• Communicate proactively about progress, challenges, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain organized project files and follow internal processes for revisions and approvals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.).
• Ability to work quickly and effectively in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Word.[AM1]
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback with a positive attitude.
• High attention to detail, strong visual judgment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional work.
• Ability to self-manage in a flexible, remote environment.
• Motion graphics or presentation design experience is a plus (not required).
