You will be joining Syncopated Marketing, a rapidly growing email marketing agency specializing in assisting eCommerce brands in their growth through strategic campaigns and automations. As a part of our lean and dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in transforming brand strategies into captivating emails that grab attention. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design mobile-first, conversion-focused email campaigns for eCommerce brands - Work closely with copywriters and marketers to create visually appealing layouts based on briefs - Develop reusable components and Figma templates to streamline future design processes - Provide input on visual hierarchy, layout improvements, rather than just executing tasks - Keep abreast of design trends, email best practices, and successful strategies in the DTC domain **Qualifications:** - Possess at least 2-5 years of design experience, preferably with eCommerce brands - Proficient in Figma with a strong understanding of layout, spacing, typography, and color - Capable of working independently with minimal guidance and delivering high-quality work promptly - Bonus if you have experience working with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESPs - Desirable: Prioritize performance alongside aesthetics in your design approach If you are confident in your ability to meet these expectations, we encourage you to apply and start a conversation with us.
