Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Design Sales Trainees to join our growing interior design sales team.
This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in interior design, sales, and customer interaction.
The trainee will be trained on design sales processes, client handling, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Understand customer requirements related to home interiors / commercial interiors
Follow up with clients on proposals, pricing, and design discussions
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client feedback in CRM
Learn end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to project closure
Graduate / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or any related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn sales and design concepts
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Passion for interiors, design trends, and customer engagement
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of SketchUp / AutoCAD (added advantage, not mandatory)
Internship or academic exposure to interiors or sales
