1. Design Review & Compliance

Review design plans and specifications to ensure they meet industry standards and client requirements.

Conduct site inspections to confirm installations match approved designs and aesthetics.

2. Quality Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor, track, and maintain the quality of 3D renders, 2D drawings, cutlist BOMs, and estimations.

Generate periodic quality performance reports and share with stakeholders.

3. Root Cause Analysis & Improvements

Perform root cause analysis for non-compliances found during Design QA.

Implement corrective actions and promote a culture of problem-solving and Kaizen through team engagement.

4. Experience Center / Library / Site Audits

Conduct visits to the experience center, material library, and project sites as per the monthly plan.

Document observations and drive process improvement through RCA, CAPA, and containment actions.

5. Documentation & Training

Ensure good documentation practices.

Create process protocols, SOPs, checklists, and one-point lessons.

Provide design-related training to internal teams and VRM suppliers.

Implement design assurance guidelines across processes.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Operations, Design, Procurement, and Execution teams to standardize processes using analytical problem-solving.

Manage stakeholders effectively across functions.
