Design Operations Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 interior designers effectively. Your main focus will be to drive the Design Process transformational Roadmap, ensuring smooth project execution and meeting monthly team targets for design sign-offs. It will also be your duty to define and implement strategic initiatives to uphold Business Excellence practices. Fostering team spirit and high morale in the business environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams for timely project delivery will be key aspects of your role. Conducting periodic audits and analyzing various sources to ensure operational processes align with operational methodology will also be part of your responsibilities.
