Design Manager/ Team Lead Aluminum Category Design

Key Responsibilities :

Lead
product design and development
for
aluminum doors, windows, and building systems
.
Drive
design innovation
and ensure alignment with
market research and customer feedback
.
Oversee
CAD design, prototyping, and product lifecycle management (PLM)
.
Implement
value engineering
and
cost optimization
without compromising aesthetics or quality.
Ensure
quality assurance
and compliance with
building codes & design standards
.
Manage vendors, suppliers, and contractors for material sourcing and design execution.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and skill development for the
design team
.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelors / Masters in
Industrial Design, BE/B.Tech
Experience:
1015 years (in
Product Design / Aluminum Systems / Fenestration /
Proven expertise in
aluminum product design, fenestration, or architectural systems
.
Strong proficiency in
CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
and prototyping.
Experience with
PLM tools, material knowledge aluminum
, and
building regulations
.
Leadership skills with the ability to drive
innovation, collaboration, and market-focused design
.
