Reports To: Project Head / General Manager Projects

Job Summary:

Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop

  architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings

  for building components within infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with

  civil, structural, and MEP engineers

  to ensure design integration and technical feasibility.
• Prepare

  working drawings, 3D models, and presentation designs

  using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Support planning and design for

  ancillary buildings and facilities

  within infrastructure projects (e.g., toll plazas, control rooms, site offices, amenities, etc.).
• Ensure

  compliance with national building codes (NBC), IRC, MoRTH, and environmental regulations

  .
• Conduct

  site visits

  to ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
• Prepare and review

  BOQs, specifications, and material submittals

  .
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors during all stages — from

  concept to execution

  .
• Assist in the preparation of

  tender drawings and project documentation

  .
• Maintain knowledge of

  new materials, sustainable practices, and modern design trends

  in infrastructure architecture.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Architecture

  from a recognized institution.
• Minimum

  10 years of experience

  in architectural design and coordination with

  building projects

  .
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office

  .
• Strong understanding of

  construction drawings, structural coordination, and site execution

  .
• Good knowledge of

  building codes, MoRTH guidelines, and IRC standards

  .
• Excellent

  communication, coordination, and presentation

  skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with

  multidisciplinary teams

  and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work on

  Building Projects

  .
• Experience with

  government or EPC infrastructure projects

  .
• Exposure to

  green building or sustainable infrastructure

  practices.
