• Manage the design process for corporate interior fit-out projects from concept to completion.
• Review and validate design proposals and documentation submitted by external design partners.
• Ensure design solutions align with ANSRs brand, space utilization goals, and aesthetic standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Real Estate, Projects, Procurement, and Business Units to facilitate smooth design integration.
• Guide design development to ensure technical feasibility and detailing quality.
• Ensure timely delivery of design milestones within the defined budget and schedule.
• Conduct site visits to verify design intent and execution accuracy.
• Keep current with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• 10–15 years of hands-on experience in corporate interior design projects (preferably IT/ITES, coworking, or managed office environments).
• Strong skills in space planning, design detailing, material selection, and project coordination.
• Proficient in tools like AutoCAD & SketchUp. Revit/BIM and AI visualisation tools like Midjourney is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a solution-driven mindset.
