Job Description

  • Master planning, Schematic design, Clinical and non-clinical area planning
  • Design and Verification of various types of drawings at various stages during the project tenure.
  • Knowledge of various D.C. Regulations, Design standards and Building Codes
  • Assist in Signage and Branding Design, Green Building design Standardization of documents and drawings
  • Serving as primary point of contact and Front Leader for driving the projects meticulously from pre-construction stage, through the entire project life cycle in coordination with client, various consultants, vendors, statutory bodies and project team, till completion and the handover

Should have completed atleast 1 hospital project
