- Leading team of Engineers & Draftsman, providing guidance to subordinates, checking their analysis, design & drawing before delivery with special attention to safety and optimisation.
- Checking and approving the drawings.
- Monitoring the progress of design work of the team headed by you, scheduling the activities related to deliverables of design work, optimization of input cost.
- Undertakings local / outstation site visits as per the requirement.
- Attending co-ordination with Client, Architect and other Consultants.
- Assist / training other employees in the same job.
- Any other responsibility not explicitly mentioned above but as felt appropriate by the Management related to your field at specialization.
Sr Design Manager - ME Str with 12 to 15 yrs experience in structural design of buildings and high rise structures
