Design Lead

As a Design Lead at TechXR Innovations Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing designs that resonate with our audience. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, you will be responsible for developing graphics for various platforms such as social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with the team to understand design requirements, ensuring that all designs align with our brand style and message, incorporating feedback effectively, and staying updated on the latest design trends and tools, particularly AI-based design tools. Your ability to translate complex ideas into simple yet attractive visuals will be essential in this role. To excel in this position, you must possess a professional portfolio showcasing your best work, expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, and experience with AI design tools like Midjourney or Adobe Firefly. A solid understanding of fonts, colors, layout, and visual storytelling is also crucial. Additionally, a positive attitude, openness to feedback, and strong communication skills are highly valued traits. If you have experience in motion graphics, video editing, or Figma, it would be considered a bonus. Moreover, a degree from NID, NIFT, or a Tier 1 Designing Institute, prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment, and a basic understanding of UI/UX or web/app design would be advantageous.
