You will ensure their productivity & work output by imparting the required training and leading discussions on designs • Manage to design of 2 to 5 projects month-on-month. • Drive Customer experience along with Relationship Management. • Ensure output on design Net Promoter Survey (Customer rating). • Training designer on technical details and managing/ leading design discussions.
