Job Description

Role & responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Define and implement design strategies aligned with business goals. Product Development: Lead the design and development of lamination, impregnation, and press line machinery. Establishing timelines and managing deadlines for all design projects and release them in time. Design process & check sheet before release to avoid the errors in design. Process Optimization: Oversee design workflows, Project design release planning to proper utilization of resources & manpower efficiency. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Application engineering, production, and E&C teams. Quality Assurance: Ensure designs meet industry standards and customer expectations. Technology Integration: Stay updated with the latest design tools, software, and automation technologies. Design Data management in Server. ERP Item code, BOM & Item master management Problem solving - Machine process or operational or performance related problem solving. Team Management: Mentor and manage a team of designers and engineers. Build team Back up & retention plan, Design team motivation policy & strategy.
