Job Summary:

Civil Engineering Design Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all civil engineering design activities for:

Roads and highways (urban, rural, and expressways)
Elevated structures including flyovers, metro viaducts, and segmental bridges
Mono pile foundations and other deep foundation systems

Oversee preparation and review of design drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
Perform complex structural and geotechnical design calculations and analysis.
Ensure design compliance with national and international codes (IRC, IS, AASHTO, Eurocodes, etc.).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including geotechnical engineers, consultants, project execution, and clients.
Review and validate design documents and submissions from consultants or internal teams.
Lead value engineering exercises to optimize cost, materials, and timelines.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and foster knowledge-sharing.
Attend design coordination meetings, client presentations, and site visits for technical support.
Support tender design proposals, pre-bid technical documents, and feasibility assessments.
