The Design Engineering Head - Precast Solutions will be responsible for leading the engineering design, development, and implementation of formwork systems and precast construction methods. This role will play a crucial part in driving innovation, optimizing design processes, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in structural engineering, formwork design, and precast technology, coupled with excellent leadership and project management skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the strategic direction for the formwork and precast design engineering department.

• Oversee the design and development of formwork systems for various construction projects, including complex structures and challenging site conditions.

• Provide expert technical guidance on formwork design, precast technology, and structural engineering principles.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of design engineers and CAD technicians.

• Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.

• Drive the implementation of precast construction methods within the organization.
