Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead architectural design efforts for complex engineering projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and regulatory standards. Develop detailed 2D and 3D designs using CAD, Revit, and other industry-standard design tools. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to integrate architectural design with structural, mechanical, and electrical elements. Conduct feasibility studies, site inspections, and risk assessments to ensure the design's practicality and safety. Oversee BIM modeling processes , ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the project lifecycle. Review and approve technical drawings, models, and specifications , ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously , tracking progress and mitigating design-related issues. Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, construction techniques , and technology advancements to enhance design quality and innovation. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil, or Structural Engineering 5+ years of experience in architectural design within engineering or construction firms Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or similar software Strong knowledge of local and international building codes and safety standards Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
