Design Engg - Electrical Wiring Harness Engineer

Location: Pune
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test electrical wiring harnesses, systems, and high-voltage (HV) components.
• Work with HV components like battery packs, motors, controllers, DC-DC converters/inverters.
• Hands-on experience with HV and LV wiring, including CAN communication (physical layer and networking).
• Prepare integration test setups, including test benches for component validation.
• Select appropriate fuses, relays, and wire cross-sectional areas (CSA) for various applications.
• Interpret and create technical drawings, schematics, and P&ID diagrams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve wiring and component-level technical issues.
• Use CAD software like Creo and wiring harness tools such as Vesys or Capital for design and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, testing, and validation.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance in electrical systems development.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Strong practical understanding of automotive or industrial electrical systems.
• Immediate joiners or short notice preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
