Professional Profile Senior Civil/Water Engineer We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil/Water Engineer with a strong background in water, wastewater, and flood risk management projects. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment and bring technical expertise, leadership, and project management capabilities to deliver impactful infrastructure solutions. Key Skills & Experience: Proven ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams including internal professionals, external stakeholders, asset owners, contractors, and technical officers. Experience across all project stages : appraisal, outline design, detailed design, and construction. Competence in producing Flood Risk Assessments (FRA) is an advantage. Strong understanding of budget and programme control , with the ability to deliver quality outputs under pressure and manage competing priorities. Skilled in task planning, organisation, and time management . Technical Expertise: Minimum of 13 years of relevant industry experience . Deep knowledge of water and wastewater engineering design , including: Process design & plant layout 3D model-based design development and preparation of General Arrangements (GA) and layouts Understanding of inter-disciplinary design requirements Ability to contribute to risk management and identify change implications. Enthusiastic and adaptable with a drive for delivering efficient, high-quality engineering solutions. Self-motivated and able to deliver engineering outputs to time and budget within cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high proficiency in engineering software tools.
