2. Around 2-5 yrs hands on experience in mechanical design and development of products/machines/automation systems/SPMs
3. Experience in Mechanical Design Hand Calculations
4. Experience in 3D mechanical design software (e.g. Inventor)
5. Experience in GD&T, DFMA, FMEA, testing and validation
6. Experience on design for reliability, design for cost and design for safety
7. Expertise in material and component selection
8. Experience in vendor development
9. Experience in stage-gate development process
10. Good in Technical documentation and communications.
