mail:- info@naukripay.com Plastic Design Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing plastic parts and products, ensuring they meet specific requirements and are manufacturable. They use CAD software, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and conduct feasibility studies to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:Design and Development:Creating and modifying 3D models of plastic parts using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Material Selection and Optimization:Choosing appropriate plastic materials based on product requirements, performance, and cost. Manufacturing Feasibility:Analyzing designs for manufacturability, ensuring they can be produced efficiently and economically. Collaboration:Working with engineers, designers, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet all specifications and requirements. Process Optimization:Identifying and implementing improvements in manufacturing processes to enhance quality and reduce costs. Testing and Validation:Developing and conducting tests to ensure product performance and durability. Documentation:Maintaining technical documentation related to product design, development, and manufacturing. Problem Solving:Analyzing and resolving issues related to design, materials, and manufacturing. Technical Support:Providing technical support to manufacturing teams during production. Skills and Qualifications:Engineering Fundamentals: Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes. CAD Software Proficiency: Expertise in using CAD software for 3D modeling and design. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
