About Core Crushing Equipments Pvt Ltd. We manufacture and commission highly customized turn-key plants capable of catering all infra and housing segments. Our indigenous manufacturing of Jaw crushers, Cone crushers, VSIs, screens cater to projects ranging from 200 TPH to 500 TPH. Website: https://corecrushing.in/ Position: Design Engineer / Manager (Crushing plants) Location: Hyderabad and Mumbai Experience: Design Engineer with minimum 5-6 years of relevant design experience especially in material selection and handling (strong preference for Crushing industry experience; experience in mining, quarrying, construction, and other mechanical equipment also considered). Proficient in mechanical design principles, materials science, and CAD software. Agility, creativity, flexibility, dynamism in designing. Role: Develop and modify mechanical designs for various plant equipment including crushers, conveyors, kilns, mills, and other related machinery. This includes creating new designs, improving existing ones, and adapting designs to different applications. Develop and modify mechanical designs to meet industry standards, safety regulations, specific customer requirements, and operational needs. Create detailed technical drawings and specifications, assembly drawings, and 2D/3D models using CAD software like AutoCAD. Test, evaluate, and modify designs to ensure and enhance performance, reliability, and safety. Identify and troubleshoot design problems and provide solutions. Ensure appropriate material selection and handling for crusher components considering factors such as smooth flow of materials, structural designs, and relevant cost parameters. Collaborate with sales team, other engineers, technicians, customers, plant personnel, etc to implement designs, modify plants and designs, and troubleshoot issues. Understand customer requirements from both technical and non-technical personnel in the customer team. Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audience in the Company and in the customer team.
