Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Design Engineer II to join our team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in design engineering.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new designs and products.
Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize existing designs.
Develop and maintain detailed design documentation and records.
Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to junior engineers.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Analyze data and metrics to inform design decisions and improve product performance.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in design software and tools such as CAD/CAE systems.
