Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing various engineering systems and components. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop engineering systems and components based on project requirements.
Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications using CAD software.
Conduct simulations and tests to validate design concepts and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Identify and resolve design issues and provide innovative solutions.
Prepare and present design proposals and reports to management and clients.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into designs.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in design engineering, preferably in a similar industry.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree in Engineering or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
