Job Description

Experience in the HVAC industry is a must. Key Responsibilities: Prepare HVAC/MEP layouts, schematics, and as-built drawings for ducting, piping, and equipment. Coordinate with engineers and architects to meet specifications and avoid clashes. Prepare BOQs and equipment details, and maintain documentation. Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, and engineering standards. Skills & Qualifications: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks with strong HVAC system knowledge, heat load calculations, and sizing. Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Drafting or Mechanical Engineering preferred, with 2-3 years of experience. Detail-oriented, accurate, and a strong team communicator.
