MUST REQUIREMENT:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Management OR structural Engineering
Education background of B.tech or B.E will be preferred.
Good written and oral communication skills
Problem solving & Client management skills
LOCATION: Kandivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting directly to the project manager on a day-to-day basis
Attending technical meetings at site, reporting technical site problems to design office, resolving site related design problems, preparing minutes of technical meetings.
Coordination with client and design office, preparation of daily site reports.
Co-ordination with design team for timely submission and compliances.
