Job Description

Liaise with the head office design team to understand design intent and ensure its implementation on-site.
Coordinate with design consultants to resolve design queries and ensure timely delivery of drawings and specifications.
Facilitate design-related meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
Act as the primary design point of contact on-site.
Monitor design implementation during construction and flag any deviations or issues.
Maintain a log of design submissions, approvals, and revisions.
Ensure timely communication of design changes to all relevant parties.
Prepare regular design coordination reports for the project lead and head office.
Assist in quality inspections related to design execution.

We would love to hear from you if you:

Have a Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Have 8+ years of experience in design coordination, preferably in industrial or warehousing projects.
Have strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and design processes.
Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing.
Are proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools is a plus.
Are able to work independently on-site and manage multiple interfaces.
Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
