Electrical architecture preparation per customers standards.
Preparation of the electrical drawings for the systems
System Hardware design, Control Panel design, Component Selection of PLC, VFD, servo drives, sensors, switchgears, relays
Calculations of Electrical system
Preparation of BOM (bill of Material)
Prepare a high-level flow cart per the software architecture
Prepare a sequence of operation for systems as conceptualized by the Leader or Lead Member
Ready to work at abroad and local sites.
Knowledge of Fieldbus like Ethernet TCP/ IP, Profibus, Profinet, Serial Communication, Schematic Diagram, Signal Line Diagram, Generation of Terminal Details
Experience on Traceability devices like RFID and Hand Scanner
Should work on PLCs / CNCs, HMIs, drives, servo, etc. for concept proving. To participate in technical meetings with customer Project & Controls Team and understand the technical requirements & customer's standards
i. Review IMS processes, procedures, guidelines, and OCP, along with the list of documents, departmental records, risks and opportunities, HIRA, aspects and impacts, and departmental objectives.
ii. Analyse the non-achieved departmental performance and develop an action plan for improvement. To follow the safety rules and regulations and report any discrepancies or areas for improvement to the safety department.
