As a Designer at Meragi, a rapidly growing start-up in India's thriving wedding industry, your role will be crucial in creating a cinematic experience for clients and revolutionizing the way wedding-related services are designed and delivered. - **Director of Cinematic Experience:** Responsible for designing and creating the overall experience for clients, from conceptualizing themes to overseeing the execution on the day of the event. - **Design Concept Development:** Develop and present creative and unique design concepts aligned with clients" vision, incorporating themes, color schemes, and styles. - **Detailed Proposals:** Create detailed design proposals, including sketches, mood boards, and material samples to effectively communicate design concepts to clients. - **Trend Research:** Stay updated on the latest wedding decor trends, materials, and techniques to provide innovative and fresh ideas. - **Client Relationship Management:** Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the design process, actively seeking feedback and making necessary adjustments to ensure satisfaction. - **On-site Visits:** Conduct on-site visits and inspections to assess venues, identify design challenges, and enhance the overall aesthetic appeal. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Textile Design, Fashion Design, Event Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred. - Creative Mindset: Passion for latest design trends and continuous inspiration seeking. - Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle unexpected changes or challenges. - Freshers are also welcome for this role.
