Design Consultant (Handling Both Sales & Design)

As a Design Consultant at NoBroker, your role involves interacting with customers to fully grasp their design requirements. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to convert potential leads into satisfied customers. Taking ownership of projects from inception to completion, you will be responsible for creating 2D-3D designs, presentations, BOQ, and quotes, and assisting customers with material selection. Your duties also include providing design consultation, updating customers and management on project progress, and ensuring timely project delivery in coordination with merchant and fulfillment teams. Additionally, you will be tasked with closing deals with customers, while meeting monthly sales targets. It is important to note that there is no design work required from you as a Design Consultant. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with customers to understand their design requirements thoroughly - Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers - Manage projects from start to finish, including designing, preparing presentations, BOQ, and quotes - Provide design consultation and educate customers on NoBroker's processes - Keep customers and management informed about project status - Collaborate with merchant and fulfillment teams to meet project delivery timelines - Close deals with customers and achieve monthly sales targets Qualifications Required: - Experience in independently managing interior design projects - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp for creating 2D & 3D designs - Knowledge of factory-made modular furniture, engineered wood materials, wood finishes, and hardware used in modular kitchens & wardrobes - Familiarity with production drawings, BOQs, and cut lists - Strong communication and presentation skills - Process-oriented and methodical approach - Attention to detail and accuracy in drawings and calculations - Awareness of current design and style trends in interior design - Proactive behavior and ability to take charge of projects until completion,
