Design Associate

We are looking for a we'll-rounded designers fun-loving and dedicated individual with proven expertise and interest in residential projects to join us on an exciting ride that we call Livspace. It wouldn t hurt if that person happens to be an exceptional Interior Designer who possesses strong interests and capabilities in design. As our new Design Associate, Led and delivered minimum 2 to 4 Residential Modular KWS projects. Holds excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD. Holds design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard) Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation) Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics functionality, module planning) Civil works Services (specifications installation details) Holds project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers, Coordinating with internal external agencies. Holds sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers. Holds behavioural attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity Ethics, Crisp meaningful communication. Holds a high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members.. Job Requirement Graduation / relevant Diploma. Minimum Experience 0.6 yrs + (Internship is counted) years as an Interior Designer. Strong AutoCAD skills are a must. Diploma / Degree in Architecture or Interior Design [ will be an added advantage ] Experience 0.6 to 4 years Design Associate or in a similar role. Must be a quick learner. Attention to detail with great team player skills.
