Design Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and versatile Design Assistant to help with website updates, brochure creation, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, excellent verbal English communication, a keen eye for design, and experience using Canva or similar design tools.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain website content, ensuring information is accurate and engaging.
• Design and create brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
• Write clear and compelling copy for online and offline communications.
• Collaborate with the team to develop visually appealing content for advertising campaigns.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and messaging.

Skills

• Proven experience in content creation, or digital design.
• Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools.
• Strong writing and verbal English skills.
• Basic understanding of website platforms (WordPress, Wix, or similar).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience in marketing or advertising.
• Familiarity with social media content creation.

Job Type: Full-time
