You’ll also provide training and coaching to new materials developers, embedding SKG’s frameworks and house style so our deliverables move seamlessly from policy to practice to proof. What you’ll do (key responsibilities) Design, develop and update TAS-aligned learning & assessment resources (Learner Guides, Assessors’ Guides, Assessment Tools, Mapping, Session Plans, PowerPoints, practical observation tools, RPL kits). Ensure end-to-end compliance and validity against the Outcome Standards for NVR RTOs (2025), ASQA practice guides, training package requirements and (where applicable) National Code 2018 for CRICOS.
