Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage interior fit-out projects from concept design to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Prepare detailed working drawings, BOQs, and Bills of Quantities for commercial projects.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
Develop architectural designs for corporate interiors using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Oversee turnkey projects from design management to site supervision.

Preferred candidate profile

2-5 years of experience in interior architecture or related field (commercial projects).
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualification (B.Tech/B.E.) or Graduate in Interior Design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, detailing, BOQ preparation, concept design, and working drawings.
