Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the DES Mahindra Tractors division, located in Bhagalpur. The role includes attending to customers' needs, providing technical support regarding tractor systems, and assisting with technical troubleshooting. The individual will be responsible for collaborating with the service team to ensure optimal customer satisfaction, effective issue resolution, and regular follow-ups with stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves maintaining service quality, ensuring proper documentation, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of tractor systems, agricultural machinery, and related equipment
• Problem-solving abilities in technical troubleshooting and repair processes
• Effective communication and customer relationship management skills
• Proficiency in documentation and report preparation related to service and maintenance
• Ability to work collaboratively with service teams and other stakeholders for effective issue resolution
• Previous experience in the farm equipment or related industry is an advantage
• Relevant educational qualifications in engineering, mechanical, or agricultural sciences are preferred
