Deputy Vice President - Portfolio Manager (Collections)

SBI Card is scouting for AVP/DVP - Portfolio Manager (Collections) for Gurgaon location.

Experience Required:

1. This person shall manage calling of CD 1 bucket pan India with centers in Delhi NCR, Bangalore & Chennai , roughly ~600 people at vendor roles and 3-4 FTEs, currently we have 2 FTEs ( VMs ) aligned to the role
2. Young, Vibrant leader with an experience of ~10-15 years, strong oral & written communication skills
3. Proven experience in Dialer Management – clear understanding of dialers & its usage is a must
4. Demonstrated ability to lead & manage large, scaled teams in call-center environment, preferably outbound collections
5. Strong grasp of call center KPIs & performance management
6. Familiarity with AI-led tools & techniques in contact/call center operations
7. Knowledge & experience in New Collection models will be an added advantage
8. Background in BPOs, Fin-techs, Start-ups are encouraged.
